When necessary a third party or facilitator is needed to diffuse difficult situations. When conflicts are swept 'under the rug' it keeps the organization from developing to their fullest potential. Covenant Pathways is prepared and experienced to deal with difficult conflicts, in addition to the minor conflicts that hinder needed company growth.   This involves: -Negotiating and identifying conflicts and their solution. -Resolving interpersonal conflict between staff. -Improving communication and cooperation in the workplace and motivating employees. -Creating an atmosphere that improves staff relations and stimulates team building. -Engaging the staff in activities to increase interactions, trust, and interdependence with each other. -Facilitating a collaborative conflict resolution by listening and allowing individuals to feel feel empowered to speak their mind, and sensing they are a critical part of the solution. -Understanding each individuals point of view and actively work toward a mutual decision.
